Born in West Va,, Chris has been playing guitar and singing Bluegrass in Georgia for the past 35 years. Other than a few short stints with a country rock band, he has tried to remain traditional in his approach to Bluegrass. Inspired by many great guitar players , he considers Chet Atkins to be one of, if not "the" greatest of them all. A stronger vocalist than a picker, he is mindful of his fingers as he does carpentry work and strives to be the best he can.
